By registering for the Civitas 2024 Annual Conference, you hereby agree to read and acknowledge the Code of Conduct Policy provided below.
The Full/Affiliate Member registration for Civitas Members encompasses individuals and organizations that work for full or affiliate member organizations. Full Members hold designations such as APCD, HIE, HDU, RHIC, or QIO and are nonprofit organizations working on health data management, health improvement and quality improvement. Affiliate Members include legal, governmental, or private entities engaged in HIE regulation, coordination, standards development, or health improvement efforts at local, state, or federal levels.
Civitas SB&T members are distinguished business entities specializing in offering an array of products, services, and solutions uniquely tailored to support the initiatives and objectives of both Full and Affiliate Civitas Members in health care data management and quality enhancement.
The Government/Policy Staff registration is designed for individuals and organizations actively engaged in shaping health care policies and regulations at the federal, state, or local level. Attendees under this category include government officials and policy administrators committed to advancing initiatives aimed at improving health care access, community health, public health, health quality, health improvement and health equity across various jurisdictions.
The Non-Civitas Member registration type welcomes legal, governmental, or private entities and individuals who are not currently affiliated with Civitas. This inclusive category provides an opportunity for diverse stakeholders outside of Civitas membership to participate in the conference, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange within the broader health care community.
The Student/Faculty registration type caters to undergraduate, master, and doctoral students, as well as university faculty engaged in health and health care improvement endeavors. This category offers an avenue for students and faculty alike to explore cutting-edge research, share insights, and collaborate on innovative solutions aimed at advancing health and health care systems. Individuals in this category must be either enrolled in an academic institution or employed by one.
