Whether this is your first Civitas Conference or your fourth, this page is designed to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable Conference experience. If you can't find the answer to your question here, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team at contact@civitasforhealth.org.
General Attendance
A: The 2024 Civitas Networks for Health Annual Conference will take place from Tuesday, October 15, to Thursday, October 17, at the Detroit Renaissance Marriott Hotel and Convention Center.

A: You can download the Conference App here: https://mobile-mobile.swoogo.com/app/wb6614 and search “Civitas 2024 Annual Conference” to access our materials. You can use your Conference Registration credentials to log in.
Participants can reset their password or reach out to contact@civitasforhealth.org for support on resetting your password.
A: Attendees can access the full agenda, venue map, and connect 1-1 with other conference attendees through chat. Make sure you log in and create your profile today!
A: Yes, our 2024 Preconference Sessions are sponsored by Telligen. These sessions are available exclusively for Civitas 2024 Conference Attendees. More details can be found on our dedicated Preconference page here: https://civitasforhealth.swoogo.com/civitas2024/sign-in?rId=6582499
Please note that to access this page, you must be a registered attendee. You can log in using your registration credentials.
A: We will not be providing video recordings or virtual attendance options for the Civitas 2024 Annual Conference. We cultivate a close-knit community of health IT and health improvement professionals to convene in-person to exchange knowledge, learn, connect, and drive change.
A: We currently only offer options to transfer tickets under special circumstances. Please reach out to us at contact@civitasforhealth.org for any assistance or questions related to your registration.

A: The Civitas Annual Conference is business casual. Conference rooms can be cool. A light jacket or sweater is recommended.
A: Yes. Civitas is committed to providing a harassment-free Conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate physical violence, harassment or discrimination against Conference participants in any form. We expect all attendees to refrain from inappropriate behavior including discriminatory jokes or language, intimidating, harassing, abusive, derogatory, or demeaning speech, or any boisterous, lewd, or offensive behavior or language. Any attendee found to be in violation of the code of conduct may be asked to promptly leave the Conference without a refund.

A: Yes. The Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center advises parking in the Beaubien Garage which offers in-and-out privileges to hotel guests:

A: We recommend that attendees be up-to-date on their COVID-19 vaccination status as advised by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Civitas would like all Conference attendees to feel comfortable attending our event. We encourage all attendees to take the precautions they feel necessary to stay safe. We will make masks available for any attendees who would like one at the registration desk and encourage all attendees to consider mask use during the fall and winter flu/virus season.
During the Conference, if you begin to feel ill or test positive for COVID-19, we ask that you follow the guidance set by the CDC here. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us before, during, or after the Conference.
