Description
Using Gravity standards, the Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY), led by the New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) collaborated with Healthy Alliance (one of the state’s lead social care networks) and Hixny (a regional health information organization) to make the 2024 approved 1115 Medicaid Waiver program accessible for providers and—most importantly—valuable for patients.
