Description
Community Information Exchanges (CIEs) thrive when built on genuine community involvement and transparent data oversight. This session illustrates how collaboration, ethical data policies, and equitable data-sharing practices foster trust and long-term adoption. Participants will gain tools to balance privacy, consent, and transparency, ensuring care coordination that respects community experiences and drives sustainable outcomes.
Presentation Learning Objectives
1) Attendees will recognize essential elements of effective community-driven governance in CIEs and gain clarity on the critical factors in successful community-driven governance, such as inclusivity, clearly defined stakeholder roles, and transparent accountability processes.
