                                        Description
                                    North Carolina is creating a health data utility (HDU) to bridge gaps in data sharing between health care, social services, community organizations, public health, and other state agencies. This presentation will describe findings to date in the transition to an HDU, highlighting key use cases, challenges, and the importance of stakeholder engagement. Attendees will gain insights into legal, technical, and operational considerations for implementing an HDU and how this model can enhance whole-person care.
