Breakout Session
Description
Behavioral health and substance use disorders are frequently interconnected with other medical conditions, yet these providers are among the most disconnected from the rest of the healthcare system. New Jersey is changing that through its SUD Treatment Provider Promoting Interoperability program—a $6 million initiative to modernize health tech infrastructure and enhance data collaboration. This presentation will recap the early impact of this program and share key takeaways for other states to replicate its success.
